As a licensed professional counselor, speaker, educator, and ministry leader, Troy is passionate about helping people move from brokenness to restoration through the truth of God's Word, healthy relationships, and practical tools for growth.

Troy is the founder and clinical director of Restoration Counseling of Atlanta, where he specializes in sexual integrity issues, betrayal trauma, marriage restoration, shame, and spiritual formation. He also serves as President of Christian Sexual Addiction Specialists International (C-SASI), helping equip counselors, pastors, coaches, and ministry leaders to serve those seeking freedom and healing.

As a counselor, teacher, and church elder, Troy is committed to bridging biblical truth and clinical insight. His approach is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation is not simply behavior change—it is heart change brought about through God's grace, the work of the Holy Spirit, wise counsel, and authentic Christian community.
